The Single Splash-Guard is designed for use on an individual ice bath breading table and can be used on a standalone table or multiple tables side by side with or without the standard stainless steel ice bath breading table shelf in between. Standard sides are 14" high and provide maximum containment. Cutaway sides are half height in the front and allow for more elbow room within the work area. This unit is approximately 30" wide.
